can i just give a shoutout to those who can remain loyal to one or two blogs. i know that sounds like something that shouldn’t be that hard, but seriously. it takes so much love and a deep appreciation to remain so strong about one character. to be able to meta and write essays about one simple thing. to be able to effortlessly channel them and their overall psyche without trying.

my mind is a wanderer and it always has been. i can get muse so damn easily and it’s never lost, per se ~~- -~~ i just end up finding muse in another direction and it tends to make me neglect others i’ve put so much effort into. i know, from the outside, it looks like i flake on certain blogs and leave them for dust, but i guarantee, that’s not the case. i just have so much creativity that it’s almost detrimental to put it all in one place. that’s the actor in me ; i like to explore so much and i need to learn to reel it in sometimes. i can tell you right now that i have plans for other characters that probably will be made in the future. i’m a lot better than i used to be, but even still i can continue to reel that need for more in.

but to those who stay strong and put so much into their one or two blogs, seriously go you. i applaud you so hard and your work is definitely appreciated and loved. all i can say is continue on & keep going strong. <3

I. BASIC INFORMATION.

this is a blog for jonathan samuel kent aka superboy from dc comics. he is a character, those from the pre-52 continuity, is centered in the rebirth series. though there will be different verses and aus written for him, his main verse & continuity shall be based in the current comic timeline.

II. THE BLOG ITSELF.

this blog is highly selective & mutually exclusive. please do not follow & unfollow as i have no issue with utilizing the block button. this blog shall be geared toward character development first and foremost.

III. CHARACTERIZATION.

as somewhat stated above, this blog shall be geared on developing the what if’s about my character. though he’s been out for quite some time, there is still so little known about him as he’s a young character. it is important to see the about/stat page to understand just who my character is. everything, as far as characterization and development, is my own headcanon and idea, unless stated. please do not replicate.

IV. EXCLUSIVES & MAINS.

when the time comes, exclusives may pop up on this blog. if so, i shall not follow or interact any other version of said character. the same can be said for mains, however i shall still interact with others. those mains just come first & always shall. this all is not done to spite anyone. i understand that people have different interpretations and understandings of a character & that is perfectly ok. but my interpretation might not fit with someone elses and vice versa. as such, those who i'm exclusive with or mains with are those who shall have extensive plots and characterization ideas with.

V. SHIPPING & SMUT.

shipping is far from important to me as a writer ; however, i am not against it. it’s merely just not a priority. if it happens, it happens. do not approach merely with the idea of shipping as you shall be ignored &/or blocked. same goes for smut. this blog is a no-smut zone, especially since jon is an underaged character. though i am of age, it is not my cup of tea. all threads that go that route shall become a fade to black. end of story.

all icons on this blog have been cropped & edited by me using a PSD of my own creation. they are not for utilization by anyone else. all graphics, unless listed, are also made by yours truly. if you wish to use, reblog. do not repost. you shall be prompted reported & blocked. notice how much i threaten to block. it’s not a joke. theme is made by alleyspat.

i'm just a 24 year old homogay who works for panera bread co. and happens to be a singer & actor. i don't have time for tumblr politics, tumblr popularity, and tumblr dramatics. i'm here to enjoy myself; not to deal with the constant shit on this website. if you can handle that, awesome. if not, you can keep it moving. i enjoy bring characters to life. blame the actor in me. what that means is that i might not always be on this blog as i'm probably on another. it doesn't mean i'm abandoning anything, it just means i'm exploring something else for a bit. if you also can't handle that, that is okay. that's the good thing about free will. it's your choice. either way, i'm here to have a good time. also boobs. idk why boobs. gay men love boobs. xo.

DETAILS.
THEY CALLED IT THE CONVERGENCE. a war of infinite worlds. a death match across the multiverse. only one universe was to survive. heroes across the lands; fighting until death greeted them as a friend. one duo refused to give in to the rules of the land. a man by the name of clark kent, known to the world as superman, and a woman named lois lane. a testiment to true love; they would give birth amongst the chaos, for in the end, they were all that mattered to each other. he would be named after their fathers; half kryptonian & half human. he would be called jonathan samuel kent.
BUT IT WOULD ONLY BE THE BEGINNING. for the son of superman is bound to be more than what meets the eye. landing on a new earth, the family kept a low profile; unfamiliar with the universe they now called their home. calling themselves the whites, they would live in the outskirts of metropolis in a small town named hamilton county. jonathan would grow up like a normal boy, loving superheroes and never knowing the truth about his family. it was for his own good & the worlds. but, we all know secrets are meant to be broken.
IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG. in an attempt to protect his beloved cat from a predator, eyes would turn ruby quartz and his fate would be sealed. it seemed as if his kryptonian side wasn't as subdued as his father would believe. with nothing else to do, all that could be done was embrace the inevitable. he was the last son of krypton. he had a destiny bigger than he knew. he would be more than just the son of superman. he would become SUPERBOY. he would become what he was meant to be. and you know what, that was just fine.
PSYCHE.

SANGUINE. optimism incarnate. most sanguine types are cheery, outgoing, and socialites. they tend to be warm-hearted with the ability to befriend anyone with ease. there is a deep love for adventure and challenges; a care-free aura floats around them. unfortunately, they have a low tolerance for boredom and will do what they can to rectify this. creativity seeps from their bones; curiosity is their anti-drug. they will be your friend until the end of time.

ENFP. an ENFP is a free-spirit. less worried about the thrill and more about the emotional connection made from it. charm, energy, and compassion lives within their core. they see life as one big puzzle piece, ready to be completed with every passing step. their energy might force them into the spotlight, but ego is not a part of their spirit. they merely want to exist and enjoy life, one day at a time.

LAWFUL GOOD. honor and compassion. the creed of a true lawful good. those who protect those who cannot protect themselves. those who do all they can to keep the world and those around them safe from the concept of evil. it has nothing to do with being super. it means doing what is right, no matter the circumstances. the tug of chaos has no place within their hearts. they are what is right in the universe and nothing shall ever change that.
